What We're Looking For We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is a mature professional with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude.

Answer inbound calls Make outbound calls Take payments Process policy changes Verify automobile insurance Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or BS degree Valid driver's license Ability to pass and complete a drug screening and background check Basic computer knowledge Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships a plus Bilingual not required but preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
