Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Asphalt Maintenance Person to join our team.
The Asphalt Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of Asphalt and Parking Lots.
We work on government facilities, so all applicants will have to pass background checks and random drug tests.
Applicants must have a clean driving record.
Must be available to work weekends and nights.
Must be able to handle working outside and in hot weather conditions.
This is a hands-on position that requires experience with various types of heavy equipment operation.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including:
seal coaters, crack sealers, thermoplastic machinery - Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning - Assist with asphalt repair and maintenance projects as required - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong communication skills If you have the necessary skills and experience for this position, we invite you to apply.
